Sticker ("the Service") is operated by Alice Blue ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Sticker lets you create custom stickers for WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging apps from photos, a photo library, and playful graphics, including optional AI-assisted generation.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
Sticker offers AI-assisted sticker generation. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for how you use outputs, for verifying that outputs are suitable for your purpose, and for having the rights to any inputs you provide. You must not use the AI features to create illegal content, non-consensual imagery, deepfakes of real people without permission, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, malware, or content designed to deceive. Outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected and should not be treated as professional advice. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs, and suspend accounts that repeatedly violate this section.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process your content only as needed to operate the Service. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review takedown requests. Repeat infringers will lose access.
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and design. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your selected plan. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal linked from your account.

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change or be discontinued.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will let you know through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
