Sticker, operated by Alice Blue, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Sticker purchases. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Reply to your Paddle order receipt email, or
• Contact us through the support form inside the app and we'll help you get it sorted.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal linked from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; a refund of the current period is subject to the 30-day window above.
